Flu Vaccinations

The Precinct Pharmacy offers both private and NHS flu vaccination services.

Getting vaccinated against the flu is highly recommended. Whether you are concerned about catching the flu, taking time off work, or protecting vulnerable family members, the flu vaccine can provide you with protection and peace of mind.

At The Precinct Pharmacy, we provide NHS flu jabs to individuals aged 18 and older who are eligible for the vaccine free of charge.

Who is eligible?

The NHS flu jab for the current season is available to the following groups:
– Adults aged 65 and over
– Individuals with certain medical conditions (including at-risk children from 6 months of age)
– Pregnant women
– People living with someone on the NHS shielded patient list (high risk from coronavirus)
– Frontline health or social care workers

The free service has recently been expanded to include individuals aged 50 and over. If you do not qualify for a free NHS flu jab, we also offer private flu vaccinations for both individuals under and over the age of 65.
