3. Understand the process: Please note that Emergency Supply may incur charges, even if you are usually exempt from prescription fees. Additionally, certain medications may not be available through Emergency Supply. The pharmacist will provide you with all the relevant information.

4. Delivery or postage: While we strive to ensure a quick turnaround, please be aware that it may not be as immediate as visiting a physical pharmacy.

5. Follow the pharmacist & recommendations: The pharmacist will recommend the appropriate procedure for your specific situation. It is important to adhere to their guidance to ensure a smooth process.
