At The Precinct Pharmacy, we take pride in maintaining high standards and providing quality service to our customers. While the majority of our customers are satisfied with our services, we understand that there may be rare occasions where a customer is not fully satisfied and wishes to make a complaint about a service or product.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 72 hours and aim to resolve the matter within 7 to 14 days of receiving it. In some cases, this timeline may be extended, but we will keep you informed about the progress throughout the process. However, in most cases, we are able to resolve the issue within a few days.
